Athletics was an important confidence and discipline builder for me in my early years. As the 200+ awards show i was blessed with the talent to play many sports starting with; Canada Games Cycling, Provincial Tennis, University Basketball and finally Internationally in Natural Fitness

When i announced my retirement after 10 years on the circuit i just knew it was time for me to move onto my next challenge which was an easy transition into the acting world. To my surprise the promoters honored me with my own stage banner (over my shoulder) plus was awarded Athlete of the Year
